ZINES
Zines are sent by me from the UK. Due to import requirements I’m currently only able to send these to addresses in the UK and US. I’ll keep working on ways to expand this!

Zines are currently exempt from US tariffs, so there should not be additional fees to pay upon receipt, but do be aware that this could change at any time.
I aim to post items within 1-3 business days and First Class deliveries should then arrive the following day but occasionally delays occur beyond my control. If you have not received your item(s) within 10 days of placing your order please let me know at jayne@jaynelloyd.co.uk.
PRINTS
Prints are produced and sent directly by theprintspace, a professional printing company with labs in London, Germany and New York, so they’ll print most locally to where you choose to have them delivered. This keeps costs down, reduces the need for driving/flying things unnecessarily and means we import taxes or tariffs should all be taken care of.

Prints are dispatched by theprintspace in 1-2 days from the order date. Delivery is 1-3 working days from time of dispatch. Estimated delivery dates are on a best-endeavours basis but occasionally delays occur beyond our control. If you have not received your item(s) within 10 days of placing your order please let me know at jayne@jaynelloyd.co.uk.
If you purchase a zine and a print you will be charged postage for both, as they are being sent as two separate shipments. If you purchase multiple zines or multiple prints you should only be charged for one lot of postage per product type, as they will be sent together.
