I hope you’ll be really pleased with your purchases, but if there is a fault or it isn’t what you expected please let me know if you would like a refund or return within 14 days of receiving it and I will let you know how we’ll get this sorted for you.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging where possible and include your receipt if this was included in the package. If your receipt was sent by email please include that when you first contact me.

If you would like a refund or exchange you must return the item to me within 14 days of letting me know. Once your return is received and checked, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and let you know what happens next. If a refund is approved this will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
