Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

I hope you’ll be really pleased with your purchases, but if there is a fault or it isn’t what you expected please let me know if you would like a refund or return within 14 days of receiving it. Unfortunately I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange beyond this.

Refunds & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging where possible and include your receipt.

I am only able replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please get in touch by email to the address above and I will let you know where to send it.

If you would like a refund you must return the item to me within 14 days of letting me know. Once your return is received and checked, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
