I very much want to know the story here
Photograph looking down at grass and weeds, with a bit of tarmac and dried grass at the bottom of the frame. On the grass is (from left to right) 4 souvenir shot glasses with illustrations of tourist destinations on them; a small framed painting of a lake scene with islands and birds in a yellow-ish tone, with streaks of what looks like tomato seeds on the surface; a loop of white string.
Some sort of tape
Photograph of a thin blue and black plastic tape in a long squiggly mess at the side of a tarmacked pavement, with dead leaves and a bank of green ivy leaves to the left.
Laced
Photograph of a red strawberry lace sweet on a pavement, in a squiggly shape. There are remnants of chewing gum across the ground, a triangle of different tarmac-like material top right and part of a metal utility cover to the top left.
Crunch
Photograph of a wooden and metal bench on a paved surface with road, buildings, crossing and planting area behind it. The bench has a yellow divider making one seat to the left and two seats to the right. Under the bench a load of tortilla chips have been dropped and broken on the floor.

Lost and found
Photograph of a lost child’s shoe on a wooden bench in a country park, with soil ground below and plants and trees behind.
Red hot
Photograph of a pedestrian crossing box with a red chilli pepper placed on the top. The text on the box says ‘PEDESTRIANS, push button and wait for signal opposite’ with ‘WAIT’ illuminated in yellow below and ‘wait, cross with care’ under that. In the background roads, shops and traffic can be seen out of focus.
Suck Toes MEN
Photograph of a wooden surface with two partially removed white paper stickers on it, the one at top left has ‘Suck Toes’ hand written in black biro and ‘MEN’ in smudged red print to the right of that, slightly above.
The best rainbow I’ve seen for ages
Photograph of a dark sky with a large, bright rainbow going from the top left and down to the right. Under the rainbow is a large shop with ‘You can do it’ written to the left and ‘TRADE POINT’ to the right. In front are cars parked in a carpark.
Potatoes!
Photograph looking down at the ground, gutter at the side of the road running along the bottom and diagonally from the bottom right and up to the left. Four round potatoes are lying in the road, caught in the cracks.
Weathered bench on Walton-on-the-Naze
Photograph of a bench with weathered peeling dark red paint revealing yellow paint beneath, on a wooden floor with metal railings on a raised floor behind, with worn white walls behind that.
Free
Photograph of a paved area with a plastic pink child’s cooker and a small castle toy outside a house with white painted brick low wall, a tree, hedge and fence in the background and edge of the road to the right.
No events this week
Photograph of a black board with ‘EVENTS THIS WEEK’ and some logos on it, with the days of the week ‘MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI, SAT, SUN’ and empty spaces to the right for things to be written in. The board is mounted on a wooden building with a covered window to the right and a green door to the left.
Free
Photograph of a paved area with a cat scratch pole, a black bin bag and a child’s scooter by a black lamppost. In the distance is an area of plants, a metal security fence and another black lamppost.
Splat
Photograph of a tarmacced pavement with blue paint spilt across it, with a section of tree trunk to the upper left and wooden fencing to the top right of the frame.
Outdoor kitchen
Photograph of a white fridge freezer on a pavement, with a black planter to the left that has plants and yellow tulips in it. The pavement below is paved with bricks and there are houses, a bike shelter and part of a van visible behind.
A sad scene
Photograph of a section of old wood with a piece of waffle icecream cone on the top left, with pale green melted icecream trickling down and to the right. Behind is a grassy field and a blurry section of fencing with trees and plants behind.
